Tea & Spice Fresh Chai is handcrafted by small batch, right here in Melbourne, using 100% tea leaves and 12 carefully chosen spices and ingredients from various countries including Indonesia, Guatemala and Sri Lanka.
How to make the perfect cup of Tea & Spice Fresh Chai

BARISTA INSTRUCTIONS (for a single 8oz serve):
For the ideal Tea & Spice chai experience:
1. Add 20g/3tbsp of Tea & Spice Fresh Chai blend to a jug
2. Add exactly 50ml hot water to the blend and steep for 30 seconds
3. Texture 150ml of milk (soy recommended) to 68 degrees Celsius, then pour into the steeping chai blend
4. Briefly stir the jug, then strain the chai into a glass
5. Lightly sprinkle Tea & Spice Dusting Powder, then enjoy!


TEAPOT:
Add 2 heaped tbsp (20g) of fresh chai to a teapot. Add exactly 50ml hot water and steep for at least 30 seconds. Separately heat 150ml of milk, then pour into the steeping chai. Strain into a glass, sprinkle Tea & Spice Dusting Powder, then serve
